So Sorry

blog ... I have neglected you with all that flying that I have been doing lately .... Got back from KL a couple of weeks ago and now am preparing to fly off to the motherland in about 1 weeks time ... please forgive me for the neglect .. I wish I had lots more time to spend updating you ...

well lets re-cap, the last post before KL .. so lets talk abt KL .. KL was absolutely "BOOMZ" .. hahah .. okay old joke.. but yes it was fabulous, Sharon Y was a fantastic host and I had the nicest ppl in my class... love love love ... Thank you all for taking time out for the class .. :)

Came back to Singapore and had plenty to do work wise .. and also had a few plans for classes confirmed so that was good ... I have a new class at MWL this month... I'll be doing Lumpy Bumpy this month and also the creative life class too so.. do go sign up for them if you have not yet done so ...

Next month I am hoping that I will be "grounded" but it may not look that way ... and I will have a couple of new classes at MWL too .. so look out for them ...

Time for me to go off ... Lumpy Bumpy at MWL later this afternoon ... :)

I am leaving for KL this wednesday for the lumpy bumpy class at Scrappingville at Bangsar Shopping Centre on Thursday ... and I cannot wait ... Have you signed up for it yet ??? I last heard that there was some spaces left so quick go sign up for mine and Kristy's classes .. it will be such a hoot ... Kristy is on her way to the airport as I write this ... and she has 2 luggages full of stuff .. kekeke .. and I wun be doing so badly myself with 2 also .. hahahah

I am leaving the house soon for another class at MWL later this afternoon .. I understand that it is a full class so I better leave the house soon .. travelling to PS and parking will be such a pain .. but it will be so worth it to share the class with them .. cannot wait ...

WHAT?? those papers are so hard to work with .. but I preservered and guess what . I really love the 2 layouts I did . Very vintagey and Shabby ... I am in love with the papers now ... Mojo Mojo .. where are you ???

It's coming up to my birthday soon .. and I am chirpy as ever ... ain't birthdays just the best thing ever ???? and it is better when it is your own .. :)

My Canvas Mojo has decided to take a holiday and Mr Mojo only decided to tell me when I started on one last nite. You know how ideas have been swirling ard your mind and u go hmm yeah thats not too bad and u go ohhh if you add this and that .. yeap that happened to me the whole week and when I decided to start.. I got my whole color, inks, paints thingy wrong and the whole base looked .. JUST WRONG.. but the good thing about canvases is .. like soojen said ... dun like it .. RE-GESSO .. and that was what I did .. :) Blank new canvas to start with .. aint that the best now...

So in abt 5 days I celebrate my birthday .. and in about 6 days I leave on a jet plane again (yay to cheap fares ) to scrappingville for the Lumpy Bumpy Class . Kits are all packed, paints are all ready, I am soooooo ready ... are you ??? have you signed up yet ? Are there any more spaces left ?? is there a waiting list for the class ? do i need to prepare more kits ? .. ohhhhh ... sooo exciting ...

You will leave the workshop with super cool projects and a spirit to experiment.

That's my keyword for the month of September .. Yeap I will be doing alot of exploration and experiment .. I MUST make a beeline for that shop in Bangsar Village .. I have so many ideas brewing in my head but .. shucks ... TIME TIME TIME ..

I will also be starting classes at the local LSS, Samples are ready, just abit of fine tuning and we should be set for classes in Sept and Oct. Keeping my fingers crossed .. :)

Okay I apologise for the lack of updates here. Been rather busy since I came back from KL. Blame facebook ... I do most of my latest updating there ... here i just write my ramblings .. hehee ..

KL was a blast, cannot thank you enough Nad and Chow Chow .. for bringing me ard, seeing places I have never dared to venture to and yah my credit card thank u girls for giving it a workout, I had a great time. Next time yah !

Been bz bz bz, conceptualising classes for the next few months, and I have a few ideas up in my head. Had a good meeting with E yesterday and I am set for a couple of classes for Sept and Oct. It will be a fun class I promise.

Alrighty ... Gotta be going ...

Yeap ... Well I am leaving in a few hours .. furiously packing at the moment cause I need to conjure up some stuff for M and Pack N's cakes .. Off to KL for 4 days .. not that I am not patriotic but common sense tell me that I should leave on the early morning flight instead of the late night flight .. Have my itinerary all planned out .. .. just have to board the plane .. and oh yeah ... make up those layouts .. ARGH !!!!!

Queen Hilda just arrived home !!!

Hahaha ... I just had to post this cause something white, pink and furry arrived home with me today after meeting Hilda and Emily. Thanks to QUEEN HILDA THE DIVA, queen hilda the cooking hello kitty is sitting pretty on my bed ... she comes complete with baking tray, Oven mitt, Rolling pin and also not forgetting, Pink Fluffy Slippers and .. of course she cannot go bottomless, she has to have a pink slip too .. satin no less .. HAD SUCH A GREAT TIME with Em and Hilda today ... It is amazing what Stuff toys, 3 grown women and 1 kid can do to make ur day ... I think I will have sweet dreams tonite .. heheheh ..

Has it been a week ???

Ago that I was in Hong Kong ??? Waiting to see if the typhoon was gonna hit Hong Kong ? Gosh, 7 days ago I was in bed watching TV in Yau Ma Tei and today I am blogging about it .. how time flies .. Okay .. This post is actually my Shopping post .. hahaha .. Yes .. I have to blog about this trip and the MAD shopping that was actually done in Hong Kong ...

First Up ... This Set of HELLO KITTY Plush toys that was launched on the 2nd of July this year, a partner of Mcdonalds Hong Kong and Kitty Lab ... I fell in love with this set and after panic calling Ada in Hong Kong, I managed to score a set of this adorable kitty .. YAY!!!!! LOVE U ADA .. Thanks for dragging the set all over Hong Kong for me .. hehehe





























Next up is the photo of my Kitty Buys in Hong Kong, Basically bought from Sanrio, the $10 shop below the Guest House, Relay Bookstore and also H&M ... basically bags and more bags ...






















And my BOUNTY of Hello Kitty Bake and Cookware from Cake DIY in Fo Tan, It was an adventure as I have not ventured out of the main shopping belt of Hong Kong and this time, I had to take the MTR, and then the KTR(which is the rail System) and also a mini bus to get to this industrial area of Fo Tan to get to the store, which is basically a wholesaler of Kitty Stuff ... here is my LOOT .. haha ... yes I have grand plans of making Kitty Bentos .. but .. erm erm ... we'll see ...
























And of course here is my loot for my SB hobby .. Managed to source for a store in Central that sells rubber stamps and of course since their prices are about 30 - 40% cheaper than in Singapore, I had to buy some ... and I HAD HAD HAD to visit LOG-ON which is part of the city super chain of stores and they had really nice stuff .. got me some journal books and the Travel and Post Stamps .. and of course the MT tapes which I had been lusting over since I saw Patrick Ng's Blog .... I of course needed ... TOO MUCH .. hahahahah






















So there you have it .. my loot from Hong Kong, of course there are more stuff ... got myself a fie fie Lepin Bag and also 2 pairs of shoes, and of course since Uniqlo was on sale ... 5 Tee- Shirts ... but they are not as interesting as the pink stuff abv .. hahaha ..

And I am back again .. again

bwahahah .. ok ok .. finally finished with my jetsetting july ... Had a great time meeting up with friends and hanging out at the sales this time in HONG KONG ... but .. what is it with me and typhoons in Hong Kong .. Touched down in HKG on Friday and was told that a typhoon was heading our way... and on saturday .. it was raining and by abt 3pm .. typhoon signal no 3 was hoisted ... geez... and of course .. me and A hung out as late as possible and I was back at the hotel by abt 9ish .. cause the typhoon was gonna hit and signal 8 would be hoisted at abt 11pm .. .. Woke up on Sunday .. and saw the news and apparently Signal 9 was hoisted that night .. I was happy .. cause by the time I woke up .. it was downgraded to a no 3 typhoon .. which means .. I COULD GO OUT ... and off i went ... kekekek ..

Basically Shopped like mad .. and ate like mad .. my feet are killing me now .. ahahhaha .. but I am happy .. when can I do something like this again .... Need more jobs ..
